Where we deliver

We deliver to all Australian states and territories via Australia Post, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers. We currently do not ship internationally.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days leave our Gold Coast warehouse the same day; otherwise within 1 business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Occasionally Australia Post experiences delays, especially around Christmas and Easter. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, but if a parcel is significantly overdue, call us and we'll chase it down for you.
