30-day change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind, return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We ask that you cover the return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please call (07) 5550 2148 or email us before sending anything back so we can give you the return address and a reference number.
Faulty or damaged goods — your ACL rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products with a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with a photo within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund — including return postage — at our cost. These rights cannot be excluded.
Items we can't accept back
- Used bait or opened soft plastics (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned without their original packaging
Refund processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return (or, for faulty goods, of your claim being approved).
