How we use it

- To send our monthly newsletter if you subscribed — you may unsubscribe anytime, in line with the Spam Act 2003.
- To improve our website and guides.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card number on our servers.
Access and correction
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time by emailing hello@gearfishguide.website or calling (07) 5550 2148. We respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you believe we've breached the APPs, contact us first so we can resolve it. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
